EA is the type of company that does things to earn as much money every bit possible with the littlest amount of piece of work. This ways that any promising game series die at their hands. Battleground games for case are very buggy and cheaters won't get banned. Don't bother ownership anything from EA.
For example my experience with Battlefield V for the last month. I encounter the same bugs I did during release 4 years agone. Loading times are ridiculous and it'southward faster to close the game by pressing alt+F4 rather than waiting the game to close. I've reported the same cheaters couple of times a week and they even so run around with no limitations. They are even manifestly cheating. Running at super speed, sniping with LMG's and breaking the chat.

I wish I could go lower than a 1 star. Bought my daughter Sims iv. Tried for hours to download it. Kept getting error messages. Emailed the tech support squad, they responded within 24 hours with a few questions of their ain. I answered them all and I am now almost to week 3 with no response. I grew upwards on madden and nhl hockey. Never again will I use only from this company

Wish I could give them zero. I have liked the games for years, merely, bold they ever fifty-fifty respond, customer service incompetent, unhelpful and unethical.

You have to understand one affair. EA has been the worst company with good games since they striking the market. Now, if yous have had a practiced experience with no or limited bugs in a game, count yourself lucky. Should y'all accept a problem with a game they are useless. The term helpless desk-bound applies 10 fold here. I have avoided them for years. Nigh five years ago, I unwittlingly purchased a game from them from Origin. Origin is EA, I did not know this, I found out when I had a problem with a game. By then I had bought iv other games. Obviously, I stopped in one case I knew they were EA. Now, I am in a disgusting predicament having to deal with brain dead people in support of i of their games. Sadly, what I should exercise is consider it a loss and move on. My stubborness expects some kind of customer satisfaction, which I should know by now is incommunicable from them. Skilful Luck if you bought anything from them. Pray for me!

Over expensive games that last a month earlier you get corrupt data and the game wont work.. There is No aid from EA.. This game was meliorate with Codemasters. EA bought it and ruined it..

Terrible. Information technology's hacked at their end. Will not link with my ps5. Totally different e-mail linked. Cannot assistance unless I requite lots of info such as personal info. I just won't buy thier stuff anymore. I suggest everyone to do the aforementioned. If you buy a new game y'all risk not being able to play it.

Dont ever buy anything from this company and never cantact their costumer service ever. Its the worst custumer service ever. A 5hitty company that does not care about customers. Their main game (FIFA) is buggy as hell and even though they know about this (lots of forums full with entries related to the same concern) they do 2 things in regards: cipher and nothing else. Very dissapointed of buying EA games, people who lost the passion for doing videogames and now they just sell products.

Make sure when you play a game. Sorry a video game which for years has came with online chat and trash talk that you don't say anything dorsum to the person talking trash to you because when you do if they report yous you'll be banned for no reason whatsoever and they don't care and won't give your business relationship back it happened to me 2 times where someone can talk trash to me just I type one thing dorsum that'southward not fifty-fifty close to the stuff they're maxim to me and information technology gets reported because you read it instead of hear information technology and they don't record voice chat? How does this work especially when video games are legit something that has had trash talk integrated into it for years specially games with proximity chat. Similar it'due south non an issue that someone was talking to me because I'thou non a big baby like some people after they're called "dumb" or something. I'one thousand not talking almost being out here using the trashiest words possible. Just simple trash talk and that tin can ban you. On top of that they actually spend more time taking out trash talking players then cheaters. You lot can find a cheater every other game but don't worry they'll be dorsum because EA cares more about someone talking trash then a hacker and there customer service is terrible. Ask them how they review the instance regarding my ban and I got dorsum a no we will not disclose what we review only too not give you your account back. How does that make any sense specially after I've spend $100s on the game but to lose the business relationship for some stupid stuff because I'd rather blazon then use my voice at the time? Lololol ban the other people too so cuz that's rediculous just like EAs game servers which will always be considering they don't have the resources to take care of the games issues manifestly and now they're gonna take even less because they're constantly losing players which is there own fault. I'd stick with any other games if I were you lot.
